Justin Rouleau, Founder & CEO
Justin Rouleau is currently studying Business Management at FGCU and has a strong entrepreneurial mindset. He also holds a Florida Real Estate License and hopes to become an active real estate investor.
Justin first started working with computers at 9 years old when he would go into work with his dad who worked in the IT department at a large company in Boston. He would often baffle his dad's co-workers with his speed and ability. Since then he has managed to teach himself everything from hardware to web development and almost everything in between.

Black Pearl offers professional yet affordable web design and development solutions. We are based in Southwest Florida and primarily work out of Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers Florida.
